Lesson 7 : insert comments in Excel sheet:


Lesson 7 : insert comment :
You can  insert comment to the cell to write whatever you want .
Just select the cell you want to insert comment in , then right click by mouse and choose  insert comment .

a small box will appear to the right with the name of your computer user account you can write anything you want in this box to be your comment and after you done ,left click on any cell in the sheet  to finish .



to show your comment just move the mouse cursor to the cell with comment  even without click on the cell 


you can edit or delete your comment check the figure below 





you can show your comment while you work on the sheet or hide it , right click on the cell the ‘show / hide comment s‘
